What time does the event start?
Detailed on the event page for each event.
Where do I get my registration pack?
Your registration pack will NOT be posted to you. You will be able to collect it on the morning of the race. Please arrive in sufficient time to do this. Registration opens at 6am.
Where is the nearest train station to the event?
Tring Railway Station, Tring ,HP23 5QR & Berkhamstead Railway Station, Berkhamsted, HP4 2AJ, are both roughly equidistant to race HQ, however we reccomend Tring over Berkhamstead station, for ease of travel.
Can I park at the venue?
Yes you can park for free at Ashridge Estate House.
Will I get a medal?
Yes! A custom themed medal will be given at the finish line. We are particularly proud of the previous year’s Ashridge medal designs.
Will I get a time for each section of the duathlon?
Yes, you will recieve an accurate chip time for the run 1, transition 1, the cycle, transition 2, run 2 and an overall time.
What does ‘chip timed’ mean?
A velcro strap with a red plastic case containing a magnetic strip, (the chip), will be given to you, to attach to your ankle before the start of the race. Readers inside the timing mats report the time of day you crossed. Your race splits will be calculated from the time of day you cross each timing mat.
